SledBlueRiver is a not-for-profit Society responsible for providing safe, environmentally considerate, community minded and fiscally sustainable snowmobiling in Blue River.
We are a significant economic driver and key promoter of tourism in our area. Our volunteer board members also understand the immeasurable benefits of outdoor recreation for our community members physical, mental, and general well-being.
Each year we work diligently with local government and our partners in the province in to maintain our zones and work towards further infrastructure development. As you can imagine this requires much effort and consistent finances.
While we are not a large organization, costs for human resources, maintenance, trail grooming, safety and environmental stewardship initiatives can be extensive. Our memberships and trail fees cover a portion of the basic expenses, however, to further improve our operations and explore new recreation initiatives we continually seek support from local government and private business.
Your additional fiscal support ensures our team can continue to advocate for back country recreation in Blue River and general support for the snowmobiling industry.
