Area Overview

Welcome to the newest addition to the SledBlueRiver experience. Approximately 6 km of groomed trail will lead you to an advanced single track to access the zone. As the majority of this area would be considered complex challenging alpine terrain we would not recommend this zone for our newer riders.

The Finger Bowls will be a favourite for those looking for technical snowbike terrain.

The Fingers are located in the Cariboos mountain range. Please check the Cariboos Avalanche Safety Report before you begin your day.

"The Fingers offers some of the most technical and enjoyable tree riding anywhere. The trees are perfectly spaced as to offer multiple lines all the way from the bottom to the top. Fingers always seems to be topped up with fresh snow almost every day. It’s a very magical place that never disappoints."

Grooming

Approximately 6 km of groomed trail. This is a somewhat new zone for SledBlueRiver. We ask that riders check in at the Red Sands staging area for any updates with respect to access and closures.

Gaining access to this zone required much work, time and collaboration with many stakeholders and it is important we have a successful season to ensure continued access.

Wildlife Closures

The zone is bordered by Mountain Caribou habitat and Well’s Gray Provincial Park. Please ensure you know where you are riding and stay within the defined zone. If Caribou are spotted do not approach the animals. Please shut down your machine and give them time to move out of your immediate area. Information can be reported to info@sledblueriver.com
