We at SledBlueRiver are gearing up and looking to open our first booth Friday 16, 2022. As I am sure you all know this will be a bit of a limited opening. Our Red Sands staging area is cleared and ready to go. From there we can access White River and the Fingers. In addition we have worked with the logging crew on Red Sands to be open for Friday, Saturday and Sunday’s. Please be sure to check in with the booth attendant before heading up Red Sands to be sure you have the latest information. The logging is at ~ 4.7k up the Mud Lake FSR and despite our agreement with the logging crew extreme caution should be exercised. We can ride our machines from the parking lot.
While we are opening, it should be remembered that riding is still early season. Especially at lower elevations. Looks like snow in the forecast so this could change fast but for now do ride careful.
Due to the limited snow at low levels grooming remains a challenge so please be patient with us until those beautiful flakes start to fly. And they will. They always do.
